TTI offers highly personalized reports generated from an individual’s response to questions. The assessments are confidential, performed online with results emailed within minutes. Sales Assessments

The Devine Inventory

Used for 30 years, this tool assesses 33 different behavioral areas and 12 core competencies. We correlate your company’s required sales competencies to sales candidates, or your existing staff, to determine “goodness of fit” or performance improvement areas.

Sales Index (SI)

SI is a comprehensive coaching and assessment tool authored by Hahn Training. It provides insight across all levels of your organization and is a critical management tool. The Index will help you benchmark your team, assess training, conduct one-on-one’s, improve performance, coach your team, and hire & screen candidates.

The “Discovery Document”

Hahn Training’s philosophy pertaining to corporate development is unique and tailor-made for leading organizations in the new high tech millennium. We deliver a comprehensive and holistic educational and development system proven to create positive, lasting behavioral change across every level of the organization. We begin our engagement with a comprehensive “discovery document.” HahnTraining will conduct an assessment of your entire organization. We will utilize two assessment instruments and a series of brief interviews/surveys with a representative sample of personnel (TBD).

A Comprehensive Discovery document will result and be shared with executive management and will consist of:
